General Terms and Conditions

All deliveries and performances of Robert Ostermeyer music edition in fulfilment of orders are based on these business conditions. Divergent and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Robert Ostermeyer music edition.

Prices are expelled in euro including the legal value added tax. Excepting changes of price and errors any time. The amount expelled on the invoice is valid it.

The contract takes place with acceptance of the order. Notes can be taken back only in well-founded exceptions and in principle require the previous consent. Carriage forward shipments are not accepted.
Up to the complete payment of all claims existing against the customer delivered goods remain in the property of the publishing house.
The danger changes on the customer as soon as the delivery has left the operation of the Robert Ostermeyer music edition and to be more precise also then, if partial deliveries are carried out. Details on the delivery time are non-binding as far as the delivery date for once was not promised obligatorily.

Payment

Notes are subject to the price fixing in the BRD, no discounts are granted.
The customer can pay the purchase price by credit card (Eurocard, Visa, Amex) debit note (only BRD) or by bank transfer. The Robert Ostermeyer music edition reserves the right of the consignment by cash on delivery particularly at first orders.

If the customer in delay in payment comes, then the Robert Ostermeyer music edition is authorized to demand default interest.

Delivery

We deliver your items on the fastest way. If an item should once be undeliverable or be delayed the delivery, then we inform you by e-mail. . at short notice we deliver by Deutsche Post AG and parcel service.

guarantee

The guarantee is carried out after the legal regulations in which at first once again we deliver or improve in the case of a defect of the product after your choice. The improvement fails or the delivered product is also unsatisfactory, you can give the product against refund of the full selling price back or keep the product and decrease the selling price so. Please gather information about possible manufacturer guarantees from the product documentation.

Delivered goods remain until fully paid all claims existing against you in our property.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes from this contract is Wernigerode independently of the legal form of the user if the user does not have any general place of jurisdiction in the area of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Single terms of the contract should completely or partly be ineffective including these regulations or the contract should contain a gap the effectiveness of the other regulations or parts of such regulations remains untouched.
